Recently remodeled guest bathroom. Looks fantastic! Our contractor was great, and the cost was reasonable. Our total cost for this remodel was $9100 (parts and labor).

It was a sad state of affairs for sure. We are pretty sure this is the original bathroom from when the house was built. We lived with it for 10 years! Finally it was time to gut it and start over.

We never really used the shower.

Man, that looks so bad!

Tile shopping began in earnest in December 2022. I think the wife did perfectly on her selections.

We took it to the studs! Demo started on 2-20-23.

We decided to get rid of the tub! That’s Mario. Great contractor, nice folks.

Leftover popcorn ceiling, yuck. Covered by the cabinet that used to be there.

Bigger door size makes a big difference.

- Entry expanded to 30 inches from 24, so new door
- New shower door (glass)
- New toilet (comfort height)
- New vanity and shower fixtures
- Lots of tile (shower and floor), around 250 sq. feet, but we took about 10% back
- New lights for shower and bathroom (recessed overhead)
- New outlets, cover plates, doorknob, hinges, and vanity knobs
