Beam installation, and trenching to move the plumbing around are the order of the day.
The trenching noise was intense, but the crew powered through and got it done quick. We are using PEX tubing to run plumbing to a washer/dryer connection, dual head shower, toilet, and dual sink vanity.

One team was cutting and digging, the other was installing the beam so we could remove those two pony walls on either side.
